The weeks possessed by Dedeman Vacation & Point System Members will be converted into points by the beginning of each year and our members spend their annual holidays by their points. Annual maintenance fees are paid by our members latest by the end of January each year even if they will not use their holidays/points that year and the invoice is sent to our members within the same month.

In order for our members to easily find space in the resorts of their preference, the reservation periods as well as the resorts have been divided into separate categories. In order to make reservations, our members are obliged to deposit their annual maintenance fees and their RCI memberships should be active. Reservation categories are as follows:

Reservation for the own week

If our members desire to go to their own resorts during the week they possess; they should make reservation between 13 and 12 months prior to their accommodation date.

If our members desire to go to their own resorts at a date not possessed by them, then, they should make reservation between 12 and 11 months prior to their accommodation date.

If our members desire to stay at resorts included in Dedeman Vacation & Point System other then their own resorts through their points; then, they should make reservation between 11 months to 25 days to their accommodation date.

If our members desire to stay at the other resorts of RCI through their points; then, they should make reservation between 10 months to 1 day to their accommodation date.

Our members may request form time to time, to change or cancel their holiday programs even if they had made their accommodation reservations. The notification of the reservation change and cancellation requests, without any delay as soon as they are decided, will be for the benefit of the member. As given in the following table, the points used for that reservation are returned to the member based on the number of days between the date, on which the cancellations and changes are made, and the reservation date:

• Up to 90 days
  100% of the points are returned
  
  
• Between 89 and 46 days
  75% of the points are returned
  
  
• Between 45 and 30 days
  50% of the points are returned
  
  
• Between 29 and 22 days
  25% of the points are returned
  
  
• 21 days or less
  Points are not returned.

If our members desire, they can transfer their points to another RCI member, upon payment of the transfer fees.

Our members, in addition to their points, can rent annual additional points upon payment of the rental fees at the stage of reservation. Rental points should be used within 12 months and the points that are not used within this period are cancelled in the system.

If our members do not use their points in a year; they may transfer these points to the next year upon payment of the transfer fees. Likewise, if there are excess points, even if the members had used their points within the year, these points are transferred to the next year as free of charge. In order to collect the points of the previous year, the maintenance fees of the previous period should be paid and RCI membership should be active. The points transferred to the next year are valid for 24 months and the points which are not used within this period are canceled by the system.

Points Barrowing

If our members desire, they can use the next year’s points in the current year. In order to allocate the following year’s points, it is required that the current year’s and the next year’s maintenance fees should be paid and RCI membership should be active. The points borrowed from the next year are valid for 24 months and the points which are not used within this period are cancelled by the system.
